Location: Camp Stewart, Kerrville, USA

MapJust an ordinary Thursday, or so it would seem with the kids off at their activities, the whole camp eating chicken a la chicken again. It seems that these Ukranian chefs only know how to cook chicken, and so half of the counselors, especially ones of the redneck variety are currently poised to kill as long as the end result is a nice steak, and a cold lone star beer.

However there was light at the end of the tunnel, not only was there just over a week left with the kids, but I was able to have an entire day at the rifle range, practicing for a competition against the Heart of the Hills girls and their counselors.

It was fair to say that we kicked their arses. Mainly due to the fact that we had coaching from FBI Special Agent, Boyd Geiger (Americans and their names that give off images of power - BOYD GEIGER part-time FBI Agent, full-time superhero), but also because we rule at riflery. GO TEAM STEWART.

We won by a massive 57 points, in which I contributed, a 37/50 point average, which is well above average, so I was pretty pleased by the end of it.

Unfortunately the match finished after rest period so it meant that I was back to the same old, same old run of the mill activities with the kids.

Until tomorrow bye bye.
