Location: Camp Stewart, Kerrville, USA

MapAs the term gets nearer to its inevitable close, the kids are beginning to get extremely testy, so phrases such as 'You can't tell me what to do' and 'just wait till my Daddy gets here' can be heard echoing all over camp, surprisingly though the kids in my cabin are being pretty well behaved, which leads me to believe that they are building up for a huge shocker of an event.

And at 3.56pm just 4 minutes shy of the end of rest period, this event takes place in the form of 2 of my campers, recreating there own version of Jean-Claude Van Damme's 'Bloodsport'.

It occured when for no apparent reason one of the campers, called the others Mom, 'A Hooker'. The recipient of this abuse then proceeded to take the nearest object, which at the time was a 6ft long plastic pole which came as part of a Camp Stewart Christmas Present and beat the abuser across the head with it.

This instance saw me swiftly remove both the attacker outside with the other camper attempting to jump through me in order to get to him.

Fortunately so visible injuries were found, and the two immediately shook hands and began to play an innocent game of uno rummy on the cabin floor.

Crazy American kids!
