Govern’s Travel Diary

Location: Camp Stewart, Kerrville, USA

MapAnother day, here at Camp Stewart goes without any problems from my the children in my cabin, which once again boosts my confidence that this will be a trouble free term.

So far it has, all of the kids are well behaved, and none of them seem to be boring to talk to, which makes my tedious task of report writing a lot easier to accomplish.

The food on the other hand just keeps gettin worse and worse, causing myself and many of my fellow counselors to resort to a diet of Beef Jerky washed down with Gatorade. The problem with the kitchens this term is that none of the food has any energy to keep us going, it's all sugary pancakes and syrup for breakfast followed by fatty Mexican food for lunch and dinner, which is down to our newly appointed Mexican head chef, who spends his time off smoking joints and getting extremely, drunk.

Oh well only 19 days of this term left to go.
