Govern’s Travel Diary

Location: Camp Stewart, Kerrville, USA

MapTime of awareness ----------- 6am.

After about 2 hours of what can only be 'called' sleep, I awake to absolute agony. Sleep deprived and in pain I feel like I've been hit by a truck or some other vehicle above the 5 TON barrier. However my first task of the day is to start the morning fire in preparation for the fantiscally nutrition filled breakfast of Cookie Crisp cereal and Milk. Delightful.

You see the scary thing about American Food, is that they like to label the nutritional values of everything that we consume, and whenthey do, the results are normally shocking. For example one can of minute maid still lemonade contains 40g of sugar per can. In fact the sugar content of most of the food here shows the main reason why so many Americans are obese.

The rest of the day progressed as normal, and thankfully I was able to eat some real food that was not chicken at the local 'Calvers' restaurant, 'home of the butterburger', whatever a butterburger is I didn't find out, but I live in hope that I will one they know the answer.
