Location: Camp Stewart, Kerrville, USA

MapAs the week continues so does my list of first times. Afterhorse-riding yesterday I finally overcame a childhood fear yesterday if abseiling or as the American's like to call it, Rapelling (sounds cooler I guess).

In other words this sees me relying on the body-weight of a counselor half my size and a unique pully system in order to lower me down a rock face to the ground 50 ft below, thus seeing me overcome my fear that i've had ever since I was a happy camper myself in the Cub Scouts.

Other than that today was needless to say pretty average, not to mention the fact that it was my night on and so I had to spend another night putting the kids to bed on my lonesome. Great
