Location: Red Roof Inn, San Antonio, USA

MapWell folks, this is it, my departure from my home for the last 3 months Camp Stewart. It's been a lot of fun, and a real character building experience give me some of the toughest tests of my life, as well as some of the best times ever, and providing me with a wealth of international contacts in the form of some of the greatest people you could wish to meet.

The final fairwell was one of mixed emotions (as usual) seeing a lot of the horseback girls crying because they won't see any of us again, and the lads already organising nights out back in England.

The bus on the way to San Antonio, was filled with camp songs (for old times sake) and tons of football chants to get the folks going home in the mood the premiership.

Our final resting place after a quick tour of the shopping malls was 'The Red Roof Inn' located about 10 minutes from San Antonio Airport, this however was after a visit to our first 'Hooters' restaurant while in America, which had a nice view shall we say, and a crazy cab ride from a Redneck who thought that British Police should be armed with machine guns, so as to kill the influx of illegal immigrants, and I'm not joking.

So after watching Dodgeball back-to-back 3 times in a row, the 14 counselors who had on the sly all snuck in to the same room to pay $3 for the night finally got to sleep for the last time.
