Location: Antigua, Guatemala

MapI had an excellent day yesterday. I spent the morning at a coffee plantation and the afternoon high up in the hills hiking . The view was breathtaking. The children wanted their pictures taken and everyone was super friendly. It was about 2000m above sea level which made the hking a bit challenging but it is all paret of the summer get fit plan. I am going to upload a few pics.

Today I volunteered at a hospital for malnourished children. They are fed every two hours each with a speciañized diet. I spent the afternoon playing kissing cuddling little kids aged 2 months to two years. I particularly took to this little blind boy a year a half and can´t even sit up on his own. He is not tiny. He loves to laugh. I spent four hours there. We wear hospital shirts and masks. A lot of hand sanitizer. A few poopy diapers. That wasn´t fun! And I wasn´t good at it. But the babies were super cute. Okay, that´s all until tomorrow.
