Location: Tooting Bec, UK

MapWell, just to recap over the past few back from skiing and straight back into work. Nothing much exciting, though I'm sure you've seen on the news that south west London has had a very high incidence of gang related stabbings and shootings. This just makes our work so much busier and messier. Say no more....

Anyway Monday was a typical Monday. Busy is an understatement. Horrendous would describe it a bit better. 50% of the patients were children. but only 1 out of 18 nurses was working in the kids department. Me.
But just as my blood sugar dropped to 1.8, and my bladder was about to explode, in walked 007.

Yes good old Pierce Brosnan. Heaven sent to make me walk out of the department with a smile on my face. But Pierce, I have to say, if you are reading this......a bit less on the fake tan next time. There is no need to glow in the dark. The NHS is not that cash-strapped, that we can't afford our own lighting. And while you're at it, maybe a shave. Just to keep the nurses happy of course.

But, there you have it, another week in the life of supernurse. hehehehe

The girls are off on a night out in Covent Garden tomorrow night, on the hunt for some half price coctails, and then on Sat night I'm off out with Bec to Ministry of Sound for the beginning of our tour to Luxembourg.

Also ....
i awoke this morning to snow. Not just a few specks, but good old fashioned, build a snowman, snow. And yes I took a few photos on the way to work. I even built a snow man on our front wall. Actually it was more like a snowbaby.
Hopefully more tomorrow.
