So much for roughing it. Back in civilisation we were loving the showers and flushing toilet (although habit kept making me forget)(yeah right Debbie’s a keen follower of the – if its yellow let it mellow, if its brown flush it down- mantra). We stayed in a really well equipped site so plugged in and charged up all our equipment, cooked up a slap up dinner and toasted by the heater. It is winter here remember and despite being warmer than Queenstown its still pretty nippy, the Campette has nearly as much condensation as our old house, but it hasn’t frozen yet! (which is a good thing as there is so much water on the inside of the van that if it froze we’d be trapped inside till Debbie burnt her bra to melt the ice!)
