Location: Glacier NP to Seattle, USA

MapFor Saturday:
Up and at ‘em. Gone by 8:45 gaining an hour today so 7:45 Washington time. We needed it! The drive , although very beautiful, was very LONG & TIRESOME. I’m surprised we are all still speaking. The highlights today…..the scenery, of course, AND Tracy’s sighting of a young bull moose foraging in a pond near the road between Logan, Montana and Idaho border. We had planned on ordering pizza for the road around lunchtime, so we stuck with the plan and enjoyed Pizza Hut in Spokane….gassed up at the same time…$2.81 @ Safeway with our discount, $2.84 w/o. We arrived in Seattle @ 6:30, Holiday Inn Express….a welcomed change from our cabin hopping....what luxury in downtown Seattle. Currently, Tracy, Sam, & I are planning to venture out near Pike’s Market and the wharf area to see what’s happening. Gwynne will be out on the town w/ friends and Mom will stay behind to enjoy the room here, peace & quiet while she can.
