MapLook! There’s t’wife! Off a plane! In San Fran! Bless…!

Once we’d checked into our nice waterside hotel, we strolled to the end of Pier 39 on Fisherman’s Wharf where a herd (Flock? Gaggle?) of sea lions have set up a semi-permanent home of a series of pontoons there. They simply lie in the sun, burping farting and generally making loads of noise and seemingly loving every minute of it, and so did we! (the enjoying, not farting…).

With jet-lag’s influence reaching for t’wife with come to bed eyes, we went to a lovely fish restaurant on the Pier and, blinded by gluttony, both opted for starters and a main. We were creaking when we left and suggestions that I at least go and stand next to the sea lions for ten minutes were astutely ignored…!
