Please tell me more about the books you are reading. zzzzzzz hahahahah. I hope you are getting some R&R time there. By the way, I was thinking about your 'picture' situation... Maybe you need to take pictures of a lower quality or less bits so they don't take so long to down load. Just a thought.
Yes definitely true... the other problem is that this computer is quite slow.. I am going to check out the speed of the computer in Vietnam...
From Mom and Dad - Saturday, 12th May 2007, 18:36 (GMT)
Well Brian here we are in Florida ready to visit Jonathan
I have been at the pool. Dad has been doing work (big surprise).
Jonathan has just shown up and we are al going to try and get into his car. He is not too sure about that.
We will probably just go and rent one.
I guesshe has found a place o live and we will go and check it out.
Glad you are having a good itme there. Just out of curiosity, how areyou going to pack this wonderful suit etc. you bought.
Well have fun and we will check in later.
Mom, I hope Jon passed on the Mothers Day wishes. I left the suit and clothes in a secured locker in the airport at Bangkok, we will get them on our way home. Jon's car is a gongshow, in fact sort of like the cars people drive here! (As in people packing them in). Hope you have a great trip in Florida

From Jonathan - Thursday, 17th May 2007, 20:29 (GMT)
hmmm, makes me wonder what the Munchkins nickname for you guys is....
Oh I already know that... it's "Bigfoot" (I haven't shaved for a bit...). Occasionally the munchkins will burst out in laughter and point and say haha Bigfoot. Its an odd relationship.
From Grace - Friday, 18th May 2007, 18:04 (GMT)
Happy Birthday Brian. Now
that you are taller than me, does that mean I'm a Munchkin
too?
No, Grace. You don't fit the Munchkin criteria. You may be shorter, but you aren't a 16 year old hotel operator with your 6 sibblings. You don't sleep in the lobby either!
From TJ - Friday, 18th May 2007, 20:22 (GMT)
See dude, I told you Ao Nang was frickin amazing! Such a beautiful place to visit, did you go to the statue park up there? Anyway be carful if you go through cambodia man, enjoy your trip.

TJ
Thanks TJ, yes Ao Nang was so far one of the best places we've been.
From Laureen - Tuesday, 22nd May 2007, 15:41 (GMT)
Now that I have put away my Canucks crying towel, I've had time to catch up on your blog. The trip sounds awesome and Andrew's pics are fantastic. Even though Jonathon would disagree more book reviews are ok. I picked up the Color of Law and quite enjoyed it!!
Yeah it is a good book isn't it? I've also read The Summons by Grisham (don't read it... it's terrible) and Silence of the Lambs.
From Ross - Thursday, 24th May 2007, 16:15 (GMT)

From Ross - Friday, 25th May 2007, 13:50 (GMT)
I used to make more than you...now you guys in your little club crush my salary...I really hate landmen...there was a CAPLA thing here at our office yestorday...like a cult gathering
No no no... CAPLA is administrators, its different. Not that different, still a little culty, but you know. Your checking my blog when your supposed to be working aren't you?
From Jonathan - Friday, 25th May 2007, 19:10 (GMT)
Yeah, there was a dry spell there from the 22nd to the 25th. I was bored... what can I say.
haha sorry man. But you know in order for me to have something to talk about I have to leave the computers every once in awhile you know?
From Colvin - Saturday, 26th May 2007, 17:48 (GMT)
It's nice to hear your honeymoon in Nhatrang with Webb is going well ;)

-Colvin

From Jonathan - Sunday, 27th May 2007, 17:24 (GMT)
Just a few comments. First off, thanks for the pics. Secondly, you do tan... I can see the farmers tan quite nicely. Thirdly... why the hell would you want to go work out? Aren't you on vacation?
Don't want to become a fatty!
From Ross - Monday, 28th May 2007, 17:32 (GMT)

From Ross - Thursday, 31st May 2007, 15:24 (GMT)
haha...man paramount loves me...for now anyways...love the baby carrage story...too funny...ho chi min sounds just like hanoi eh...pretty sweet...good luck in cambodia...cannot wait to hear about that gong show
You went golfing with bill?? Did he have anything interesting to say? Does he miss me? (He does doesn't he)
From Brad - Friday, 1st June 2007, 16:39 (GMT)
Ya...have fun on the buses through cambodia... uh.. you might want to stay awake on that bus ride...

You cant really fall asleep anyway, but if you can that is impressive. But if your referring to theft it hasn't really been an issue at all, only once in a hotel room and on the buses my bag is completely locked and stored away.
From Jonathan - Saturday, 2nd June 2007, 15:35 (GMT)
Brian, I am freakin impressed. You've got quite the blog going here. Too bad you are running out of cash... but I guess that's good news for livestock.
I'm not running out of cash, just didn't bring enough. But you know, the way they feed the cows here they probably want to die anyway.
From Ross - Monday, 4th June 2007, 16:01 (GMT)
nah nah...never with golfing w/ Bill...was in the friars golf tourny then got drunk with bill after the tourny...discussed sports betting and business...said he was happy u left as his business increased immediatlly after your departure...said he wished he let you go sooner! haha..jk...love the blog
Well if I knew I had that much of an impact with Bill's business I would have never left! Thanks bud
From Brad - Tuesday, 5th June 2007, 16:46 (GMT)
Watching TV? Boo urns.

I like the gun stories...

Shouldnt you be just walking around the towns, or checking out the sights...instead of sitting in a hotel and watching tv. The blog says, "to live vicariously through you" well, I dont want to if your just going to watch tv. Hows the fish bone? Still stuck in the throat...now that would suck. You should get a witch doctor to take it out....
-Brad
Yeah... I mean there's just so much to see here and all..... oh no wait... there isn't. Believe me, if you were "sight-seeing" what we do here you'd agree that there isn't much to see in Phnom Penh. Fish bone is still stuck. At least I think it's a fishbone.
From Kim - Tuesday, 5th June 2007, 17:56 (GMT)
Brad just sent me the link and I gave it a good read, sounds fun and hilarious. So should of exploded something with a bazooka and youtube'd it. And it seems like your constantly afraid of theft there, you watching people get mugged all around you or something?
I dunno... you can't assume nothing will happen that's for sure. We've already had some money stolen from our bags in a hotel room we're pretty sure.
From Brad - Wednesday, 6th June 2007, 18:08 (GMT)
Jeopardy time.

Answer: Fishbone.

Question: You go to a doctor to get 'this' removed from your throat.
I'm not getting surgery in Cambodia, Laos or Thailand despite the fact you may think it may be smart.
From Ross - Friday, 8th June 2007, 17:19 (GMT)
trust me...you won't miss home when you're sitting at your desk...soak it up...after this your life is over!
Your so dramatic. Heard you introduced everyone to Erdingers!! Is it as good as it was in Korea?
From Jonathan - Saturday, 9th June 2007, 14:15 (GMT)
Holy crap this blog is getting popular. Looks like it only took you being gone for 5 weeks, and better writing on your part. hahahah Have you ever considered that 'the king' is really just Buddha? Think about it.
Does Buddha wear glasses?
From Jonathan - Sunday, 10th June 2007, 14:47 (GMT)
Well well well, look at that. You and Andrew are actually doing things. So glad you got in a good 'work out' on your vacation. :P I expect lots of pictures when you return, and keep an eye out for some music my good man! :)
Hey we've done lots of stuff! If you read this blog I bet you'd be surprised. We do stuff everyday. And about that music... I'm not totally sure you'll really want it, but Oooookay, you asked for it. I will pick it up in Bangkok before I fly back.
