Hi Johnathan

Finally got onto your page. the photographs are amazing. it looks like you have made a big impact there, i am sure it is going to be difficult to leave. I know you are leaving soon but I hope you enjoy the rest of your time there. It was well worth all the effort packing you with goodies to take.
Hi Jackie, glad you found my page, you have a lot of catching up to do! Everything single bit of organising and stress was worth it, a million times over. Everyone was great with what they give me. I hope the pics help people realise how grateful the kids were and how much their efforts were appreciated. Keep in touch. Lots of love, Johnathan X

OMG the swimming pool liiks like a pond where did you put them all??? Check in soon
Ha ha do you mean the pics of the baby pool? There was a big pool too were we tried to teach them to swim. When the kids werent in the big pool they were either in the baby one splashing about or in the park with swings etc. They loved it. Good memories. Thanks for checking in and hope you do again. Hope your well and speak to you soon X
From Liam - Saturday, 23rd May 2009, 16:21 (GMT)
Have you booked it?
From Liam - Saturday, 23rd May 2009, 13:30 (GMT)
Great stuff Jon lad. Two questions: Have you booked your Easyjet? Have you taught the children any songs? First Lions match next Saturday will write scedule down soon.

Hope you are well and enjoying teaching.

You don't have much of a sun tan?

Too busy to sunbath mate, thought you would appreciate the busy scheduale of a teacher! Actualy I made sure I spent this weekend (my last!) relaxing. Me and other volunteers went to a hotel in town and chilled there all day. I relaxed by the pool (even had a swim) with cold Tuskas. I even got sunburnt so hopefully my tan will improve now!
Unfortunatly Ryan Air was fully booked but I managed to gwet my self on South African Air. I got exactly the same flight as Sian found for 550 for 450! I new us boys were right to 'wing it', silly girls!
I havn't taught my class the songs Nat give me because I thought they may be to young for them. But I have realised thats silly and they will love them so will teach them tomorrow. If you or Nat have any songs or anything 7-8yr olds might like post them here. Good to hear from you and thanks. Take care and keep in touch.

Thailand is great mum, I feel safer walking the streets of Koh Samui than I do in parts of Liverpool haha. Seriously though it is very safe here and me and Sian are having a ball. My next blog should be quite funny as quite a few amusing things have happened while being in Thailand. Unfortunalty I don't have at the moment to blog. I have just been emailing a few people from Kenya so all my time has gone. I will e-mail you back soon. Love Johnathan X

I just cried reading your first blog! It was great, really moving. Can't wait to hear about the school and to see some pics. Ward asked me three times today about where you were and got excited when I said I might be able to show them some pics of you and some African children!
Good luck!
love Nat
Oh dear it wasn't my intention to make people cry but everything is pretty moving here. I hope to upload some pics on Monday. I'm going on Safari this weekend so my next blog after today will be Monday. School was fab today. I'm sad I will miss it tomorrow because of Safari but some other volunteers I have met are going so its a good chance to mingle. Thanks for your message. Tell Ward I will be handing out his gifts on Monday. Tell him I miss him and all the other children, Carl Sinclaire naturally. Lots of love Johnathan X
