Hi Lyn and John,
Have read your very interesting diary up to 30th May and oh my gosh what a lovely time you both are having. The sights you are seeing.
Good news. We have signed a contract on our house. The people have accepted our price after toing and frowing, and just waiting for the limb report. Take over is the 28th August. Panic now, have to find something in Napier.
Will keep in touch.
Much love to you both
Bradyn and Joyce
That is great news, we are sure that the next phase will go well for you both, you deserve it.

Well the drama continued! The car is a total loss, ouch!
We have since broken the bank and purchased a 2000 Prado Le Grande. It has been checked out and a few minor bits are being fixed tomorrow then hopefully we will be on our way Thursday.
The van is comfortable and Lyn won the first game of crib!
More to follow as it occurs.

Hi Lyn & John. We are back from out London trip and I haven't been able to read all I missed of your travels. It's wonderful to be able to and see your wonderful photo's.
We had a rather hectic time with Julie, Ant and lovely Jessica and enjoyed trips to Venice, Scotland, Bath, Peterborough and Singapore.
Unfortunately, I caught a bad chest infection on the last leg of our trip so have been lying low for a week. John has been looking after me very well and I hope to get back to work soon. Our street has been very quiet and we miss you heaps. Lots of love. Carol xx

Lovely to hear from you John and Lyn.
Bad luck about the vehicle, but glad all is in order now and that you both are on your way. Love the caravan, and I can see you both very cosy in it!!
Make the most of this wonderful journey together, and really love to read your diary of where you are at or where you have been.
Think of you both every day.
Had people through our house at 12 noon today (Sat) but have not as yet heard yes or no. The agent did leave a card saying the really loved our house!! Its what they always say!! But nevermind.
Bradyn and I went on a lovely one hour walk this morning, and his knees are holding up. A really wonderful recovery after 7 weeks after surgery.
Will love and leave you now, and hope that from now on it will be a lovely trouble free journey.
Much love to you both!!

Hi sounds like you two are having a ball after a shaky start. New car looks nice, hope you go recompensed for the other one.

Great to catch up with what you are doing.
Cheers Glenys
Thanks for the contact.
Talk about shaky today we went to a place called Whalers way, 16 km's over really deep rutted and corrugated dirt road but worth it.
Slept in a national park last night with Koala's and Kangaroos running or sleeping wild!
Look forward to you next contact, tell them that the binoculars that Eliot gave me are proving to be a great bonus.
John & Lyn

Greetings Lyn and John
Lovely to read your news. I need to look up the map so I can follow you around. I missed Frances' funeral today, I hope it went well. I am leading Ducks next week, a bit scary but it's time to get back into the saddle. I went to see an eye specialist the other day and he might be able to do something for my eyes. Watch this space! I also went to a hospital physio who was the first person to explain what osteoporosis is, and why I am in pain a lot of the time. Knowledge is good. I have my special rosary under my pillow. xxx
Great to hear from you and we hope and pray that they can do something for your eyes. We have not heard any news of the funeral yet.
God bless.
