Barcelona - part 4

La Sagrada Familia - on such a stunning sunny day!

Love all their statues - always have bird poo on them, this was no exception = and funny coz he has a bird on his shoulder but looks like he's crouching to avoid the poo!

Sagrada Familia from the front

All their pavements were wicked, such cool little details wherever you go... quite unlike London!

Gaudi started working on this in 1880 or 1890 and died 20 years later, they are still building it to his dream plans

The details in this building/construction site are amazing

Love this!

My awesomely creative shot...

Hard to tell, but this steep as hill is about 500m long and tiring to get up - thus part of it has escalators!

Barcelona's metro - so much better than the London Underground!!

I walked up the narrow steps to get to the top, Rangi didnt - views were amazing, and the wind nearly blew me off a few times!

Finally at the top - this is a monument on top of Parc Guell, again designed by Gaudi
