Since we flew over the International Date Line we saw two sunrises and 3 sunsets within a time span of about 30 hours.

16 Sep 2009, 3:56AM

This is the the sunrise we saw while flying from Bangkok to Narita, Japan.

16 Sep 2009, 4:04AM

When we arrived in Narita, Japan it was about 10:15am Wednesday, September 16. We then had about a three hour layover and 12 and a half hour flight, and when we arrived in Washingtone, D.C., it was only 11:00am Wednesday, September 16. We had flown through the day, into and out of the night, and back into the same morning in D.C. time....crazy! And a little confusing....especially for our sleeping schedule.
